It is currently not easy for newcomers with academic qualifications to enter the job market in Germany. In order to bring academic job seekers and German companies together, the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) has launched the brand new programme Perspectives which will allow newcomers to obtain a dual degree.
Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) is a private, state-approved German university with 20 years of experience in international study programmes. Several of SIBE’s courses integrate academic study with practical work experience in a partner company.
The new programme “Perspectives” offers a dual M.A. course in which participants will study management and work full-time in one of the SIBE partner companies (e.g. Bosch, Telekom). This course is open to all newcomers with a first academic degree in any discipline.
The M.A. course will last 24 months during which participants will receive a salary starting from 1,300 €/month. All programme and tuition fees are paid by the partner companies. “Perspectives” currently has a regional focus on Baden-Württemberg (South Germany), but newcomers living in other parts of Germany can equally participate. Upon completion of the M.A. course, SIBE will assist participants in finding a job in one of its partner companies.
If you are interested to apply for the programme, please write to perspectives@steinbeis-sibe.de.
If your application is selected, you will be invited to a job fair in Herrenberg (South Germany) on February 24th where prospective M.A. candidates and representatives of German companies will meet each other.
